Growing up on the South side of Chicago, I watched as many families
struggled with money and finances. From a young age, I was determined to have my own business to help educate people about the benefits of being financially literate. I was blessed to be part of a family that instilled not only spiritual values, but also financial values that have helped me create and make our business prosper. I just knew I wanted to make a difference and help families successfully navigate the crazy financial world that we live in.

I attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana as a student-athlete. The rigor and demands of school and my sport taught me how to use my resources to the maximum efficiency. The value of time, energy, and working with others helped me learn about life skills that would prepare me for my future career. My competitive spirit and dedication of "never settling" set the foundation for my wealth management business.

My strength is in my ability to coach and guide others to achieve their own successes. I use the competitive spirit which I learned in school and my athletic successes to motivate others. I refuse to let families give up on their goals and dreams, just as I've never given up on mine! Everyone can accomplish even his or her smallest goal, if given proper guidance. It is in that guidance that I will help you achieve and make your dreams a reality.

I am here to help you succeed. Just as in sports, you play best as part of a team. I will be your coach, mentor, and motivator and you will have my support and be part of our team. I have surrounded myself with an amazing group of investment professionals who also bring their experiences and dedication into helping make your financial goals and dreams come true.

On a personal level, I have been happily married for over 30 years to my best friend, Brian, and have two dynamic adult children, Jake and Allie. We work hard and play hard. Sports are still an important part of our lives. We love spending downtime with our family and friends vacationing all over the country. "My boat with my coconut drink", is my slogan for those that know me best.
